I never forgot

From so much running through life without stopping
I forgot that life is lived in a moment to do
From so much wanting to be the first in everything
I forgot to live the small details about You

From so much playing with your feelings
Living off applause wrapped in dreams to deal
From so much screaming my songs to the wind
I am no longer yesterday by knowing what I feel

for you to live

From so much dreaming about love and life
I was without both for so many years
From so much playing with who I loved the most
I lost without wanting the best over my tears

From so much hiding the truth with imagination
I cheated myself knowing it was me who had lost
From so much hope, where I never offered a thing
Today it's my turn to cry, because at all costs

I forgot to live

From so much running to have time beat time
Wanting to catch the dream in lonely nights gone
From so many failures, from so many attempts
From wanting to know what I had done

From so much playing with your and my feelings
Living off applause wrapped in no words to say
From so much screaming my songs to the wind
I started to love You deeply and I still do today

I never forget your name
